Retreat Terms & Conditions

To secure your spot on the retreat, please make a payment (either in full or partial deposit payment)

Deposits (or the equivalent to 30% of the total retreat fee) are 100% non-refundable.

Full payment of your retreat is required at minimum 45 days prior to the commencement of the retreat or in accordance with the payment plan you have agreed upon.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All retreat deposits (or equivalent to 30% of the total retreat fee) are non-refundable.

Denby Eardley Just You Yoga has a 45-day retreat cancellation policy.  For cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the start date (in writing via email), the payment will be refunded less the non-refundable deposit paid. You may be given the option to transfer your deposit and retreat fees to another student or defer to another retreat at a later date (within 18 months). There will be a $150 admin fee applied for either transfer.

Cancellations less than 45 days prior to the start are not eligible for any refund or any credit of part of the retreat fees.

Full payment is required 45 days prior to the retreat date.  If full payment is not secured by this time, the student risks forfeiting their spot on the retreat and will lose 100% of their deposit.  This is due to the fact that significant costs are incurred to guarantee rooms and catering etc. We cannot guarantee finding a replacement in time to fill your spot.

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the fees paid and deposit will be retained and cannot be refunded.

Transferring to another Retreat or Student

It may be possible to transfer a portion of the retreat fees to another retreat or to another student if someone can be found to take your place.

Just You Yoga is under no obligation to find a replacement, nor can we guarantee another retreat will be made available for you to transfer fees paid to in the future or within the next 18 months.

Cancellation within 45 days of the retreat start date, with notice given in writing and a replacement to take your spot means your deposit will be retained as the admin fee.

Denby Eardley Just You Yoga and the venue reserve the right to cancel any retreats at any time or withdraw a student at any time.  In the event Just You Yoga cancels a retreat for any circumstances seen or unforeseen, attempts will be made to recover the deposits to provide a credit towards a future retreat.  Just You Yoga will not be held liable for any costs students may have incurred while planning for the retreat. (eg costs relating to transportation, accommodation, airline tickets, work-related loss, etc.)

Injuries

It is a requirement of any student that any medical concerns be disclosed with your retreat hosts.  Medical concerns include but are not limited to physical injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, acute or chronic pain, allergies, dietary requirements, questions or concerns to enable us to prepare and try to provide the best experience possible.

Insurance

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur ( ie injuries, family emergencies, death, illness, etc.). Just You Yoga will not be held responsible for any loss as a result of cancellations for any reason (seen or unseen) including circumstances outside our control including natural disasters, illness, or acts of war.  It is strongly recommended you insure yourself with personal, medical, and/or travel insurance to protect from any extenuating circumstances which may prevent you from attending or affect your participation.  This could include Covid 19 situations such as lockdowns and border closures.

Covid -19 Related Considerations

As policies and requirements continue to evolve over the coming months in line with government guidelines and restrictions this section is subject to change.

In the event that you come into contact with a known case of Covid-19 leading up to the retreat, you MUST advise us by emailing denby@justyouyoga.com.au.  You must follow government guidelines and self-isolate, be tested and confirm a negative result before you can attend the retreat.  Please see the cancellation policy for timeframes associated with being unable to attend and eligibility for a refund.

In accordance with government guidelines, you must self-isolate for 14 days following any overseas travel prior to the start date of the retreat and confirm a negative test result.

In the event you present with any flu or Covid like symptoms leading up to or during the retreat, in the vested interest of all guests you will be required to forfeit your experience and leave the venue.  No refunds will be given in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Whilst we have every intention for both or (one) of the hosts to be present, in the event one of the hosts is unable to attend the retreat due to Covid or other related illness, travel challenges, or personal circumstances, we will either continue with one host or a pre-organised substitute if possible.

We uphold the right to alter the Terms and Conditions after you book in light of the speed at which information changes.  We will adjust accordingly to meet the requirements and advise of any changes via email.

In light of all the above, Just You Yoga is a very personal experience that will require you to share enclosed spaces such as living rooms, a yoga room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and dining rooms.  We expect all guests will exercise caution, uphold appropriate personal hygiene and care, and demonstrate consideration for each other during this experience.
